Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients' needs.

• Implement various therapeutic approaches including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans, encompassing clear goals, interventions, and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients facing acute challenges.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance client engagement and community support.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients facing terminal illnesses, providing emotional and psychological support during one of the most challenging times in their lives. Your role will involve working with individuals and families to navigate feelings of grief, loss, and uncertainty, and helping them find comfort and resilience through this journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
