Front of House Service Team (Cashiers, Food Runners, Expediters)

Prior food service experience is a plus, we highly value dependability, a friendly upbeat and fun personality, with the ability to multi-task with our team members.

Position Overview:             

As part of our Service Team, you’ll be the face of Dog Haus—delivering a great guest experience while keeping operations running smoothly. Whether you’re taking orders, running food, or maintaining the dining room, you play a key role in every shift.

What You’ll Do:

• Cashier: Greet guests, take orders, and process transactions accurately
• Food Runner: Deliver food quickly and ensure order accuracy and quality
• Expediter: Manage order flow and package to-go/delivery orders efficiently
• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Communicate clearly with teammates and managers
• Understand the menu and assist guests with questions

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Able to obtain a Food Handles Certification
• This is a physical role: pushing, pulling, bending twisting and kneeling are needed
• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
