About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Healthcare Insights to lead a multi-disciplinary team in the development and enhancement of a new health-system intelligence capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, launch, and continuous improvement of the Insights Engine, ensuring it delivers reliable and meaningful insights to support the consulting work. This role requires a leader with a strong background in healthcare consulting, health-system finance, and market analytics, who can effectively translate business needs into a focused roadmap and guide the team in the development of a comprehensive data and insights capability. The Assistant Vice President will be the primary liaison between business leaders, subject-matter experts, data scientists, and technology partners, and must possess exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Applicants for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in the relevant fields. The role demands a deep understanding of health-system performance, the ability to interpret financial and operational data, and experience in leading complex, data-enabled initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of operating independently and making sound decisions in an evolving environment. Key responsibilities include establishing standards for data quality, analytical validation, and the responsible use of insights, as well as partnering with leaders across the organization to validate use cases and build confidence in the capability. The role is pivotal in driving the adoption and continuous improvement of the Insights Engine, and the candidate should be adept at influencing and building credibility across business, technical, and executive audiences.
