Lighthouse Rooftop and Boathouse Rooftop are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Head Chef to lead our culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef looking to take ownership of a growing culinary program with the freedom to create, lead, and innovate.

As our hospitality group continues to expand, this position offers long-term career growth and the opportunity to help shape future restaurant concepts.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.

• Experience with French cuisine is preferred , but not required.

• Proven leadership experience managing kitchen teams.

• Strong knowledge of food cost, labor management, inventory, and kitchen operations.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Passion for mentoring and developing kitchen staff.

• Must be 21 years of age or older .

• Must be authorized to work in the United States .

• Lead all aspects of daily kitchen operations.

• Develop seasonal menus and creative culinary offerings.

• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.

• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor kitchen staff.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable kitchen culture.

• Manage food costs, labor, purchasing, and inventory.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Work closely with ownership and Front of House management to enhance the overall guest experience and drive business success.

• A strong, hands-on leader who leads by example.
