The role

First hire into Partner Success. Not a classic CSM seat. You'll own the post-sale loop end-to-end: relationships, campaigns, data, outcomes. 

  • Hybrid with 3 days in person. 
  • $90-120K base + $40-60K OTE

What you'll do

  • Own partner success end-to-end : lead check-ins, performance reviews, and renewals with admissions and enrollment leaders at partner colleges.
  • Run marketing campaigns on behalf of partners : plan and deploy email, SMS, and outreach campaigns using partner data. Write messaging colleges are proud to send to students and families.
  • Work directly in the data : sit between partner CRMs (Slate, Salesforce) and the data team, review forms and enrollment flows, and turn messy data into insights partners can act on.
  • Grow accounts : drive adoption, expansion, and turn successful partners into advocates.
  • Build the function : create the playbooks for onboarding, campaigns, reporting, and renewals.

  • You're comfortable pulling, questioning, and using data
  • You can run real campaigns, not just advise on them
