Work Environment\n

This position allows for full remote work, providing flexibility while serving clients in an outpatient office setting. Working hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs. As part of our remote team, you will engage with colleagues through virtual meetings, collaborative discussions, and case conferences, ensuring that our commitment to seamless patient care remains central to our operations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that embrace cultural sensitivity to understand each patient’s unique experiences, challenges, and strengths.

• Provide crisis intervention support, offering immediate and effective assistance to patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources that can support their mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient records throughout the process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey is essential.

• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapy.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy services using culturally responsive and inclusive practices.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage challenging situations while maintaining composure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
