Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and therapeutic sessions with couples and individual family members to identify challenges and develop effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues including relationship dynamics, family conflicts, grief and loss, job-related stress, and communication difficulties.

• Support clients facing various challenges such as alcohol abuse, domestic violence, blended family adjustments, and separation or divorce.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes, maintaining compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations.

• Participate in case reviews and team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
