PAY & BENEFITS

ABOUT US
We're a local family-operated company that proudly serves Orange County, Seminole County, Volusia County, and parts of Lake and Osceola Counties. We take pride in our ability to solve any pest problem, no matter how big or small, and we do so while using the safest products and techniques available. We offer both residential and commercial pest control, as well as rodent control, mosquito abatement, and the removal of bees, fleas, and wildlife. We also offer Insulation and Attic Decontamination. With over 30 years of combined staff experience, we are so confident that we can provide our clients with the best possible service that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS A PEST CONTROL GENERAL MANAGER
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule for a general manager. The work hours may vary but promise excitement!
As a Pest Control General Manager, your day begins with a clear focus on leadership and results. You start by rallying your team, ensuring everyone is equipped and motivated to provide exceptional service. Throughout the day, you actively oversee operations, from guiding technicians in the field to ensuring sales goals are not just met but exceeded.
You meticulously manage the profit and loss statement, analyzing data to make informed decisions that drive profitability and growth. With your strategic vision and hands-on approach, every day is a step closer to achieving our mission of delivering unparalleled pest control solutions while fostering a culture of excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of general management or branch management experience in the pest control industry
