Marketing Operations & Innovation Manager

This role serves as the primary product owner for Optimizely CMP and Salesforce within the marketing organization. This position bridges marketing strategy and technology execution by owning platform product roadmaps, championing operational efficiencies through innovative tools and emerging technologies, and ensuring seamless data flow across the marketing technology stack. The role combines deep technical fluency with a systems-thinking mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a continuous improvement orientation that drives measurable gains in how marketing operates.

How You'll Spend Your Time: You'll develop plans to ensure data and process integration of systems that support vital marketing processes. You'll define and document business requirements, translate marketing's business requirements to IT, and advocate for marketing technology needs. You'll develop and manage user training and implementation of new marketing software. You'll deliver effective change management and communications for technology implementation and process re-engineering within marketing.

Education & Experience Requirements: This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 7-10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, digital marketing, or related field, including 3-5 years in leadership or senior specialist roles managing complex marketing technology environments and/or 9-12 years of equivalent work experience in marketing technology and operations with demonstrated innovation leadership.
