Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8 12 years of experience in L3 Production Support / Technical Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, R, Alteryx, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Strong experience with AWS , including S3, SNS, and ECR
- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for batch and data-processing workflows
- Strong experience supporting Kubernetes containerized applications
- Experience with Harness for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, release validation, and rollback activities
- Proven experience in Production Support, Incident Management, and Troubleshooting
- Strong experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive/permanent fixes
- Experience supporting BAU activities, enhancements, releases, upgrades, patching, and maintenance
- Strong experience with SQL/PLSQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and scripts
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and correction
- Strong experience troubleshooting Airflow DAG failures, scheduling issues, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks
- Experience troubleshooting Kubernetes pods, deployments, services, configurations, resources, and logs
- Experience developing automation solutions using Python, SQL/PLSQL, and platform utilities
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and off-hours production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 production support for critical data, analytics, and application platforms
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents involving applications, data pipelines, databases, infrastructure, and integrations
- Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize applications and automation using Python and R
- Design, maintain, monitor, and support Alteryx data preparation and analytics workflows
- Write and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages
- Support application data storage, file processing, archival, and recovery using AWS S3
- Monitor and troubleshoot event-driven integrations using AWS SNS
- Manage and troubleshoot container images and repositories using AWS ECR
- Monitor and support Apache Airflow workflows, including DAG failures, scheduling, dependencies, and performance issues
- Support containerized applications running on Kubernetes
- Use Harness for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, release validation, rollback, and production monitoring
- Perform detailed RCA for critical and recurring incidents and coordinate corrective actions
- Identify recurring issues and implement preventive and permanent fixes
- Handle BAU activities , daily health checks, batch monitoring, job reruns, data validation, service requests, and operational reporting
- Perform data reconciliation, profiling, validation, and correction activities
- Support application enhancements through impact analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-production validation
- Develop automation to reduce manual operational effort and improve support efficiency
- Create and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, support procedures, and knowledge-base articles
- Monitor application logs, system alerts, scheduled workflows, cloud components, and Kubernetes workloads
- Coordinate with Application Development, Database, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Business teams
- Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management
- Drive continuous service improvement through automation, performance optimization, monitoring enhancements, and process improvements.
