Accounting Clerk

Looking for an Accounting Clerk with 3+ years of experience, who can support the Accounting Manager by handling the day-to-day execution and administrative work of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Responsibilities Contact customers by phone and email on past due balances once the Accounting Manager confirms collection is needed Accept and document customer payments by phone, payment portal and ACH Track payment commitments and follow up when they are not met Proof vendor invoices and supporting paperwork against purchase orders and receiving documents Enter approved vendor payments Maintain accounts payable files for multiple entities and route items requiring approval to the Accounting Manager Accurate and detail oriented with invoice matching and data entry Proficient in Excel and Outlook Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm Eligible associates may receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life Insurance, and Short-Term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) NJ Paid Sick Leave and Holiday Pay #1738OS #J-18808-Ljbffr
