OVERVIEW Streamline Defense is seeking a Senior International Relations Strategy SME to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directorate of Operations, J3-International (J3-I) Division at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award. Support the J3-I Engagements Branch with strategic-level international engagement planning, read-ahead packages, and international relations expertise for the Division, Directorate, and Command Group. RESPONSIBILITIES Research and prepare read-ahead packages (up to ~4/month) with strategic objectives, key themes, talking points, and biographies Draft and recommend an international engagement strategy for the Division, Directorate, and Command Group Provide international relations expertise and advice on bilateral and multilateral engagements Provide quality assurance on international correspondence and respond to leadership RFIs Coordinate with the J2/J3/J5 Director's Action Groups on command priorities Maintain situational awareness of current US policy and strategy for international relations REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in international security studies Recent (last 3 years) experience developing and executing strategic-level engagements on a Commander's Action Group at the COCOM / 4-star level 1 year recent experience on a Commander's Action Group or as a Political Advisor at the COCOM/TSOC level 3 years using analytic and communication skills to prepare senior-leader (GO/FO/SES) products and briefings 3 years recent experience developing business and communication strategies for strategic objectives Current Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access #J-18808-Ljbffr streamlinedefense
