About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support daily procurement activities. Responsibilities include preparing purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, maintaining procurement records, tracking deliveries, and assisting with invoice reconciliation. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, finance, or administrative support. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
