Key Responsibilities\n

  Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

  Conduct thorough assessments of clients to establish personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and mental health needs.

  Engage in a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as appropriate.

  Facilitate bilingual therapy sessions to accommodate diverse populations, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

  Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in electronic health record (EHR) software, adhering to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements.

  Participate in case consultations and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery and collaborate on complex cases.

  Remain available for telehealth sessions in a HIPAA-compliant environment and provide in-person therapy when necessary from the business office.

  Manage scheduling to ensure timely and consistent client follow-ups, working at least two evenings per week and one weekend day.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population, offering support to children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

  An active and unrestricted LMFT license in Florida is mandatory.

  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide services in both Spanish and English.

  A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, working with various client demographics in behavioral health.

  Culturally competent with a deep respect for the customs and practices of diverse clientele.

  Experience using EHR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications in therapy settings.

Preferred Experience\n

  Specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, or similar evidence-based practices.

  A developed area of specialization, for example, Trauma, LGBTQ+, Grief & Loss, or Perinatal Mental Health.

  Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000 annually, supplemented by bonuses for outstanding performance.
