AV Business Development Manager

Seeking a high-energy, assertive AV Business Development Manager to drive the growth of AV services and managed services portfolios in a remote, full-time role, focusing on acquiring new service contracts and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in various sectors. Key responsibilities Proactively prospect and acquire new AV services contracts, including support and maintenance Execute high-volume outbound outreach to drive pipeline growth Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and AV/IT directors to establish long-term service relationships Required qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the AV / ProAV industry Strong understanding of AV technologies such as Pixera, QSC, and Biamp Proven success in securing new service or support contracts Strong negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
