Our office is growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! Richard Lutterbie Insurance Agency in Olympia,, Washington, is looking for a confident, experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for presenting promoting our agency and multiple insurance products. We are a dedicated and driven team with a focus on providing each of our customers with amazing customer service. If you are looking for a new opportunity to grow, this may be the role for you. The position offered is full time . Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in .

College education and some background in customer service preferred. Apply for the position today by completing the form and completing the assessment.

Responsibilities

Outbound telephone sales
Generate insurance quotes.
Support exiting customers
Present various insurance products
Work with other licensed professionals until you obtain your insurance license.
Meet and exceed targets assigned to the position

Requirements

Able to learn multiple software systems
Be proficient with Office 365
Be comfortable talking to anyone, and a quick learner.
Be aggressive prospecting and generating new business opportunities through cross sales marketing, leads referral sources.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, assist staff in sales.
Obtain your insurance license within 3-6 months of hire.
