The Current South Shore Offers 91 independent living apartments, 48 assisted living apartments, and 26 memory care apartments, with a neighborhood atmosphere and maintenance‑free lifestyle. It is located near South Shore Hospital and directly across from the South Weymouth Train Station, offering easy access for team members, and residents’ families and friends. Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, the Wellness Nurse provides direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by care staff. Every other weekend availability required. Salary Range: $38.00 - $42.00 Hourly Responsibilities Supervise care staff in accordance with current state regulations and community policies Monitor the health, safety, and well‑being of all residents Assist in training and monitoring of medication administration Maintain clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state, and local standards Promote the highest degree of service to our residents while leading and demonstrating the mission of the company Conduct thorough resident assessments The job requires performing duties such as standing, walking, sitting, using fine and gross motor skills, reaching with hands and arms, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, and smelling. The associate must lift or carry up to 50 lbs and use proper body mechanics during intermittent physical activity, including lifting and supporting residents.
