Senior Email Marketing Specialist

Owning the execution and optimization of email and SMS campaigns, the full-time Senior Email Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end campaign processes, build responsive emails, and leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer communications in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Manage the execution of email and SMS campaigns, including build, QA, scheduling, and monitoring Build and optimize automated journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on audience segmentation and dynamic content Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant campaign delivery while recommending best practices and optimizations Required qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in email, CRM, or digital marketing Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Email Studio and Journey Builder Proficiency in HTML/CSS for coding responsive emails Experience with automated journeys, segmentation, and email/SMS testing best practices Familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and campaign optimization
