The Role

We are looking for driven Business Development Executives to join our staffing division and help grow our client portfolio in the US market. This is a front-facing, revenue-generating role. You will own the full cycle from prospecting new clients to managing existing accounts and ensuring long-term relationships are built on results.

If you have sold staffing solutions before, great. If you have strong sales or business development experience in any other industry and know how to open doors and close deals, we want to talk. We will get you up to speed on the staffing side.

  

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities with US-based clients across our target verticals
  • Building and managing a pipeline of potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Leading discovery conversations to understand client hiring needs and positioning our staffing solutions accordingly
  • Coordinating with our internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met and fulfilled on time
  • Managing day-to-day account relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for existing clients
  • Tracking account health, identifying expansion opportunities, and resolving issues proactively
  • Reporting on pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and revenue progress

 

Who We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. Staffing industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English
  • Comfortable working US business hours
  • Goal-oriented and self-managed, someone who does not need hand-holding to hit numbers
  • Familiar with CRM tools and structured sales processes
  • Resilient and comfortable with a high-volume outbound environment
