This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while serving clients in our outpatient office structure. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients suffering from mood disorders, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms to inform treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage with clients and their families, educating them about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor and track client progress throughout treatment, making adjustments to plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Ensure all documentation is meticulously maintained in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to promote professional growth.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs and work towards reducing the stigma associated with mental health challenges in the community.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
