Responsible for overseeing daily administrative and financial operations of a gutter and building supply business. Duties include managing payroll, human resources, workers’ compensation, accounts receivable, and employee retirement plans. Coordinates office functions, supports sales and order processing, and handles order cancellations and customer service issues. Also oversees purchasing and inventory support for building supplies, while managing company events and employee engagement activities. Ensures efficient operations, compliance with regulations, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge and Proficiency in Sage account system a plus.
