Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, both virtually and through community-based initiatives.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to assess client needs and refer clients for additional assessments when necessary.

• Create and implement integrated care plans in partnership with the client’s family members and other healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive support.

• Carry a diverse caseload that includes assessments, individual and group therapy, as well as family therapy sessions, focusing on the clients’ expressed needs.

• Participate as a collaborative team member to promote and advance the organization’s goals while addressing clients' unique situations.
\n
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up meetings and documentation, ensuring that all treatment services align with the clients’ needs and requests.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
\n
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, fostering a safe and respectful environment for all.

• Complete timely reporting and data submission to facilitate accurate tracking of outcomes and service delivery.
\n
• Be available for on-call coverage during evenings and weekends as assigned, ensuring continuity of care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
