About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Days Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Cardiac drip titration experience required. Experience in Cath lab recovery/Observation Unit. Experience pulling sheaths, monitoring sites, and general med/surg patient knowledge required. Description: The position requires strong cardiac nursing skills in a stepdown unit. Candidates must have experience in titrating cardiac drips. Knowledge of Cath lab recovery protocols and observation practices is essential. Candidates should be proficient in pulling sheaths and monitoring access sites. A solid understanding of general medical/surgical patient care is necessary. Strong critical thinking and assessment skills are vital for managing patient needs effectively. Flexibility to float to other units may be required. Teamwork and communication skills are important for this role.
