Associate Attorney

We seek a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our Litigation group. This position offers an exciting opportunity to practice commercial litigation, professional liability, and employment law.

Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Perform legal research and provide case law analysis
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients
• Active member of the Florida Bar
