Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological states, utilizing validated assessment tools and methods.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patients’ unique needs and therapy goals, revisiting these plans periodically to reflect progress and changes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy formats to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required, ensuring that clients are supported and guided effectively throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care for all clients.

• Stay informed about the latest mental health treatment approaches and participate in continuing education opportunities to refine your skills.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and support one another in delivering high-quality therapy.

• Follow ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by licensing organizations and peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with may encompass a wide range of backgrounds and mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
