We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Media Monitoring Specialist to join our Editorial Delivery team. As a Media Monitoring Specialist, you'll help ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and high-quality media monitoring content by validating coverage, producing editorial summaries, and supporting media insight workflows. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Support, Sales, Editorial, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. What You'll Do: Validate print, digital, and broadcast media content according to client briefs and editorial guidelines Deliver high-quality media monitoring content accurately and on time Write concise article- and story-level summaries and digests in English from English or other European languages using internal editorial tools Build and maintain search queries and keyword strategies that align with client requirements while improving production efficiency Partner with Customer Support, Sales, and other internal teams to set up and maintain client projects and workflows Monitor service quality and proactively escalate risks or issues that could impact client delivery Meet individual and team quality standards and performance goals Produce reports, dashboards, and presentation materials using established templates while identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes Extract, analyze, and manipulate data using Excel and Power BI to produce reliable insights Deliver client-facing media analysis with clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations Contribute to analytical projects by developing expertise in media datasets and research methodologies Maintain accurate client documentation and project information across internal collaboration tools Stay current with industry trends in media monitoring, analytics, and data visualization, sharing knowledge with the broader team To Be Set Up for Success in This Role, You'll Need to Have: Experience working with media content, including content validation, editorial summaries, or media monitoring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review and validate work for accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluency in written and spoken English plus at least one additional European language Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and numerical skills Experience working with Google Search and online research tools Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams If Any of the Below Also Describe You, This Could Be an Exciting Opportunity Experience building search strings, Boolean queries, or media monitoring searches Experience creating reports, dashboards, or client presentations Advanced Excel skills, including macros or automation Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools Experience working with media analytics, editorial workflows, or customer reporting Interest in media intelligence, journalism, communications, or data storytelling In Addition, We're Always Looking for Candidates Who Take ownership of their work and proactively solve problems Balance quality, efficiency, and client needs when making decisions Collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and automate repetitive work Stay curious and actively build expertise in media, data, and analytics Proactively incorporates AI tools into day-to-day work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery Interview Overview Below you'll find an outline of the interview plan for this role.
