Pay range: $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on factors that vary by position, such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. About the role As an HR Business Partner in Distribution and Receive Centers, you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly at all levels, including senior leadership. Strong reasoning, analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict. Ability to understand policies and procedures and relate them to others. Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365).
