VP of Operations — Scale SaaS with Equity & Flexible PTO

Brynson™

Brynson™ is seeking a VP of Operations in New York City to assess and stabilize operations across functions while building scalable processes. The ideal candidate has over 8 years in operations within a high-growth SaaS environment and has experience in customer-facing operations. This role offers a significant ownership stake and requires strategic leadership to help scale the business.
