Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations for clients to create personalized therapy plans based on individual needs.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, discussing cases in team meetings to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using EMR software to track progress and treatment plans.

You will be working with a diverse demographic, including adults, couples, and families from various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required, with a commitment to pursue continuing education in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload availability.
