Sr. CRM Business Analyst

Overview The Senior CRM Business Analyst (Sr. CRM BA) will lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business requirements for BD’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Working within an Agile (SAFe) framework, the analyst will translate stakeholder needs into user stories, functional specifications, and dashboards that support CRM metrics. Key Responsibilities Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into user stories and functional specifications. Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, align on priorities, and drive decisions. Analyze CRM data and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, providing recommendations aligned to BD’s long‑term CRM strategy and roadmap. Act as a liaison between business users and technical delivery teams, working collaboratively across Commercial functions, business partnerships, marketing teams, and the TDS. Independently manage requirements workstreams and own stakeholder relationships broadly, partnering with Sales Effectiveness and the Commercial team to curate and deliver technical training for newly deployed capabilities. Develop dashboards that support business needs and measurement of CRM KPIs. Lead technical training execution with a practice council of CRM delegated administrators. Required Skills 5+ years of combined experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Manager. Strong business and systems thinker with the ability to analyze, coordinate, and optimize CRM solutions. Experience in systematizing new business processes, efficiencies, and business improvements. Agile certified, with strong experience in Scaled Agile development frameworks (SAFe). Self‑directed and able to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels. Ability to interact with both business and technical partners and span multiple technology platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to drive organizational change by influencing others without authority. Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BA/BS) is required, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Certifications Salesforce Administrator certification (201) required. SAFe Agile framework certification preferred. Location USA; NJ - Franklin Lakes (Primary Work Location). Additional locations and work shifts are possible. Compensation Annual Salary: $120,300.00 – $192,400.00 USD.
