Work Environment\n

This position offers a completely remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience in managing your schedule. You'll engage with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, allowing for both individual and group counseling sessions that advocate for mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals for recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling to clients, offering psychoeducation to empower them and their families.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, which may include psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to create a holistic treatment plan.

• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date client records in adherence to ethical standards while ensuring all documentation meets legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying updated with current research, clinical best practices, and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health conditions, including but not limited to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional distress or mental health disorders. With our emphasis on individualized care, you will utilize your specialized knowledge to cultivate a safe and trusting environment where clients feel empowered to share and heal.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field is required.

• Must possess an independent LPC license issued by the state board, ensuring you meet all local licensure requirements for practice.

• Strong capabilities in managing clinical records and preparing insightful reports as needed.

• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate within an interdisciplinary team to enhance client care.

• Demonstrated capacity to articulate therapeutic ideas clearly and advocate for clients' best interests.

• Experience in delivering counseling services to individuals from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing telehealth services or virtual counseling sessions is advantageous.

• Interest or specialty in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in crisis intervention and managing clients with severe emotional disturbances.

Compensation and Benefits\n
