Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our team is adding a Treatment Plan Coordinator that shares our passion for patient care and education. This position will travel to support offices in the region. Locations include: * Oconomowoc, Hartland, Brookfield, Glendale, Milwaukee, Kenosha, and Neenah, WI * Antioch and Johnsburg IL Responsibilities * Educate patients on their treatment plan and the importance of their oral health * Present treatment plan options and gain financial consent including payment plans

• Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system
• Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments
• Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointments
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely

Qualifications * High school diploma required, a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferred * Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment

• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
• Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help
