Facilities Manager

To supervise maintenance and repair services for a portfolio of industrial warehouse sites, the full-time remote Facilities Manager will provide leadership, manage operations, and ensure compliance with technical standards across multiple locations. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance for a large portfolio of industrial sites, ensuring alignment with client expectations Manage technicians and subcontractors, reviewing and validating quotes for services while maintaining communication with clients Develop and implement programs to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with a management/technical emphasis Minimum of 5 years' industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant Proficiency in Corrigo and a strong understanding of HVAC and skilled trades Experience in matrix management and proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships Demonstrated safety leadership and financial acumen
