This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with patients through secure telehealth platforms. Your work environment will consist of regular business hours, with occasional evening availability for patient sessions as required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings via telehealth to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, establishing tailored treatment plans that address individual concerns.

• Deliver short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention sessions, utilizing effective approaches to support patients facing various mental health challenges.

• Facilitate engaging online therapy groups and workshops focused on personal development topics, empowering patients to build skills and resilience.

• Collaborate across departments, including outreach to community support services, to create a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participate in mental health awareness campaigns and wellness events, both virtually and in the community, reinforcing the importance of mental health and promoting resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with both ethical and legal standards to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be patients from our diverse community who are experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting these individuals through empathetic listening, therapeutic techniques, and practical solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A profound understanding of mental health challenges faced by patients, particularly those dealing with acute crises.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models suited for telehealth delivery.
