Backend DeveloperBackend Developer[Location / Remote / Hybrid]Full-timeWe are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, experience with modern backend frameworks, database design, and API development, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs.Build scalable and reliable microservices and distributed systems.Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA, and product teams.Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#.Experience with backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, FastAPI, NestJS, etc.).Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API security.Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) is preferred.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2–5+ years of backend development experience (depending on the role level).Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth insuranceFlexible work arrangementsLearning and development opportunitiesPerformance-based incentivesPaid time off
