Adara Communities is seeking a hands-on Multi-Family Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment communities. You will coach Property Managers, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction and operating within guidelines. You will regularly analyze occupancy, leasing, collections, and expenses, and develop action plans to improve results.
