Now Hiring: Experienced HVAC Dispatcher Location: Niceville, FL We are looking for an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. Responsibilities Receive and manage incoming service calls Schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites Communicate with customers to confirm appointment times and provide updates on technician arrival times Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and technician activity, including timesheets Monitor technician availability and workload to optimize scheduling and efficiency Work closely with the service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of work orders Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2+ years of experience in HVAC dispatching preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and other computer programs Customer service‑oriented with a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education in HVAC or related field preferred We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a positive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
