Job Description

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact in education by supporting student and staff success as an onsite BCBA for the upcoming school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to work across 2-3 assigned school sites, collaborating with a dedicated team to help create and maintain supportive learning environments. You will play a pivotal role in promoting positive behavioral practices and facilitating professional growth among school staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active DE BCBA Certification required (must be attached with your resume)
  • Proven experience working in an educational or school-based setting
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis methodologies
  • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to provide support across multiple school sites
  • Capable of conducting interviews and training for paraprofessionals
  • Clear communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support 2-3 assigned school sites for the full academic year, fostering positive behavior intervention strategies
  • Conduct interviews for paraprofessional candidates and assist with staffing at assigned locations
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, students, and families to design and implement effective behavior plans
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed
  • Deliver ongoing consultation and training to school personnel to maximize outcomes for students
  • Remain up-to-date with industry best practices and district policies
