What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
- Work with consumers to resolve outstanding accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements
- Maintain professionalism and strong customer service skills
- Update account information in company systems
- Meet individual and team performance goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of collections OR sales experience preferred
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Goal-oriented and money motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
