Client Special Handling Assistant (Accounting)

Job Responsibilities Assist in preparing special client remits and billings Create billings to upload to invoice tracking software/portals for specific clients Create and maintain accurate client customized remittance records via Excel and/or PDF Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed Working alongside colleagues to respond to client queries in a timely manner Communicate respectfully and effectively with authority figures and staff Uphold judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information Job Requirements Strong analytical background and extreme attention to detail AR and/or AP experience Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, data entry and strong computer skills Basic Math and Writing skills SalesForce.com experience a plus Ability to deescalate adverse situations Compensation and Benefits Salary is $18 - $19 per hour (DOE) Benefit package with health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage options 401(k) retirement plan option with company matching Generous paid time off policy - start with 18 days per year Paid holidays immediately upon hire - 7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choice ARMStrong Insurance Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
