Payroll Administrator

Job Description Job Description Labor Solutions is seeking Two detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Administrators to join our team! The Payroll Specialist will handle all payroll-related functions for our company, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for over 1,000 employees. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $25.00/hr. Key Responsibilities: * Collect, enter, and link daily and weekly timesheets submitted from customers to the payroll queue * Proof, audit, and process a wide range of daily and weekly tickets for over 1,000 employees * Upload and reconcile Time & Attendance data from the UKG payroll system to TempWorks * Process weekly and daily payroll, including issuing checks or direct deposits * Assist employees with direct deposit registration, account updates, and payroll inquiries * Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and process payroll exceptions * Generate, reconcile, and distribute weekly invoices to customers in a timely manner * Provide exceptional customer service by resolving payroll and billing-related issues * Develop a thorough understanding of TempWorks to create weekly and monthly reports as requested by customers * Collaborate and cross-train with team members to ensure smooth department operations * Support local branches with payroll updates, troubleshooting, and reporting needs Qualifications: * Associate or bachelor's degree preferred * Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines * Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills Company Description Labor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
