Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and psychosocial needs, utilizing standardized screening tools and evidence-based practices.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the distinct challenges identified in each client; regularly review and adjust these plans based on client progress.

• Provide individual therapeutic sessions through teletherapy, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish attainable therapeutic goals, ensuring that progress is documented meticulously to sustain compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including training workshops, webinars, and peer supervision, to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in our electronic health record system, effectively contributing to a seamless continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Illinois is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
