Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations, diagnose mental and emotional disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans that aim for effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in group therapy sessions to facilitate client interactions and promote community support among participants.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment protocols as needed to best support each individual’s journey to wellness.

• Participate in ongoing training, including learning how to complete bariatric psychological evaluations, and engage in therapeutic retreats that foster team bonding and enhance therapeutic techniques.

As an LMFT at Sutter Health Counseling, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, including adults, children, and adolescents. Understanding the complexities of family dynamics and individual psychological issues is crucial. Compensation and Benefits\n
