You'll contribute your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC, working alongside dedicated educators to make a meaningful impact during a critical time.

Key Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Solid understanding of ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) documentation and meetings
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnostics, and delivering speech therapy to school-age children
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare for and attend ARD meetings, ensuring all documentation and reports are up to date
• Manage a small student caseload, delivering individualized or group therapy
• Conduct testing and assessments for students as needed
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to develop and support IEP goals
• Maintain comprehensive records, progress notes, and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide clear, compassionate communication to support students’ language development
