Sleep. Assist. Repeat: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the President of Imperial Beverage and the rest of the Executive Team. This involves handling confidential information, arranging travel and meetings, preparing reports and assisting with presentations. This position requires previous administrative experience, and will work from our Kalamazoo Headquarters Monday-Friday.A Day in the LifeArrive at the office organized and ready to help the best Executive Team in townPrepare executive level reports and presentationsHandle confidential information and communicationsHandle schedule and calendar management for the President and Executive Team as neededWork with non-profits and Imperial Beverage partners on behalf of the Executive TeamMaintain corporate documents, records, contracts and reportsPerform general office duties such as ordering supplies, sending out shipments or mail, and opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, including faxes and emaiManage schedules for the President and Executive Team as neededReserve meeting areas and order food and beverages for Executive meetingsArrange travel plans for ExecutivesManage fundraiser database, invitations and responsesRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent and Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Five years of high-level administrative experience requiredStrong computer skillsAbility to multi-task and pay attention to detail while working within deadlinesStrong organizational skills, able to create and carry out efficient systemsSuperior communication skillsMust display confidentiality and professionalismSelf-starter with a high productivity levelLike a fine wine, Imperial Beverage has been getting better with age since 1933.
