Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects across Infrastructure Services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes ownership of project assignments and is accountable for delivering projects on time and within scope.
• This role requires strong project management expertise, particularly in enterprise network infrastructure deployments, WAN connectivity, network modernization initiatives, and infrastructure migration projects.
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale enterprise network and infrastructure projects, including Cisco environments, WAN deployments, network migrations, and security-focused initiatives . They should be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of driving projects from initiation through successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Determine resource requirements and work with management to secure necessary resources.
• Monitor project progress, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including evaluation matrix development and vendor selection.
• Develop and manage contract Scope of Deliverables (SOD/SOW) documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate project communications, including end-user notifications, broadcasts, and IT communications.
• Monitor, measure, and report project KPIs and overall project health.
• Ensure compliance with established project management processes, standards, and documentation requirements.
• Drive a customer-focused approach while identifying obstacles, opportunities, and effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Enterprise Network Infrastructure

• Experience leading enterprise network implementation projects, including deployment planning and infrastructure readiness activities.
• Strong background in WAN connectivity, carrier circuit coordination, telecom provider management, and circuit delivery tracking.
• Experience managing Cisco network infrastructure modernization initiatives, including switching, routing, and secure connectivity projects.
• Proven experience leading network cutovers, migrations, traffic transitions, stabilization efforts, and business-critical deployment activities.
• Experience managing network security and access infrastructure projects, including secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware protection, and authentication/access management.

Project Management

• Strong experience managing multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously .
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, RFPs, and procurement activities.

Technical Environment

• Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams)
• Clarity PPM
• Azure DevOps
