Boson Health is looking for a dynamic front office receptionist to provide excellent customer service to our patients. We offer a great work environment and a full benefits package.

Position description:

Primary responsibility is to answer phones, direct calls and schedule appointments. May also enter patient demographic and financial information into a database. Ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to prioritize calls based on urgency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role with ability to function effectively under stressful conditions
• Excellent public relations and communication skill
• Good knowledge of office support functions including filing, composing a variety of documents, reception, gathering and compiling data, and balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple project
• Working knowledge or medical terminology and procedure
• Experience using data base software preferred
• Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English
• Fluency in speaking, writing and reading Spanish
