HVAC Lead Installer

*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair various HVAC units. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

*Duties*

* Install, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in accordance with industry standards
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and installation documentation.
* Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
* Drive company vehicles to job sites while ensuring proper care and maintenance of the vehicle.

*Experience*

* Previous experience as an HVAC Installer is required 3+ years preferred.
* Familiarity with air conditioning system.
* Experience as a service technician or mechanic is advantageous.
* Knowledge of field service operations related to HVAC installations is beneficial.
* Ability to build and design HVAC systems based on client specifications is a plus.
* A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles.
