Are you an organized, customer-focused professional looking for your next opportunity? Crown Staffing is hiring for a Bookkeeper. We are looking for dependable individuals with strong communication, computer, and organizational skills to join our clients' teams.
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour (depending on experience and assignment)
Responsibilities may include:

• Providing excellent customer service to customers, employees, vendors, and visitors
• Answering phones, emails, and responding to inquiries
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing reports and organizing documentation
• Filing, scanning, and general administrative support
• Scheduling appointments and dispatching as needed
• Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse documentation
• Checking drivers in and out and coordinating deliveries
• Maintaining office supplies, PPE, and administrative inventory
• Assisting management with operational projects and daily administrative tasks

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
