Job Overview Enterprise Cloud Account Executive – NGO Sell Slack into nonprofit organizations with 75–500 employees. Lead a territory of nonprofit accounts, focusing on both new business acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. Responsibilities Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise. Generate a consistent pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment. Sell on value and return on investment rather than technical functionality. Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions. Uncover business initiatives and challenges to map solutions across multiple lines of business. Create demand by identifying business problems and aligning them with our solution. Have a deep understanding of how businesses operate and the priorities that drive C‑level decisions. Qualifications Average of 6+ years of full‑cycle sales experience. Experience selling to the C‑suite, technical teams, and business leaders. Ability to build business value and deliver presentations to a wide range of buyers. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $99,500 – $133,100 annually (base salary only). In California, New York, and select cities in the Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC metropolitan areas the range is $109,500 – $146,500 per year. Incentive compensation, equity, and additional benefits may apply.
